The 10,639 square foot headquarters facility will provide MOxST with greater flexibility as their firm grows.

T3 team members David Bergeron and Jon Frisch represented MOxST in the negotiations for the space at 11 Michigan Drive in Natick, while Jake Parsons of Parsons Commercial Group represented the landlord, Kittredge Equipment Co., Inc.
